Edgard De Caluwe, Winner 1938 Tour of Flanders

Edgard De Caluwé raced from 1933 to 1947.  His career highlights include willing Paris-Brussels and Bordeaux-Paris in 1935 and winning the Tour of Flanders in 1938. Sadly his successful career was cut short by World War II.
