The returnable product must be 100% complete, in its original shipped condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material provided at the time of delivery. Bear in mind merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date, not the date of the RMA. Please call (415) 387-2500 to get a return RMA number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA #
The Horton Collection will not accept a return of any product without an RMA number or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the item(s) being returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return RMA# is valid for 7 days. Merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date, not the date of the RMA.
Why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?
There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns for refund. We charge this 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. The majority of the items we sell are fragile. We do not wish to impose unnecessary wear and tear on an item.
