Evgeni Petrov, 2000 World Under-23 Champion Race Worn Jersey


Evgeni Petrov raced as a professional from 2000 to 2016 for a wide variety of teams.  During his first season in 2000, he rode for the San Pellegrino – Bottoli – Artoni team based in Italy.  His career got off to a good start with victories at the 2000 World Championships in Plouay,  France. Petrov won the U23 category on both the road and time trial.

This race-worn jersey was obtained directly from Evgeni Petrov in October of 2000 at GP Bergamasco held the day after Lombardia.
