Tour of Morocco, Official Race Credential c.1965

A fantastic race credential from the Tour of Morocco. A bit unique in design, it is padded to produce a more textured finish. Its size and shape lend itself to being applied either to a jacket or hat. This is the first one of these we have ever seen and were part of a larger collection of race credentials we acquired a few years ago.

The Tour du Maroc is the most important road race in the African country of Morocco.  From 1957 to 1993, the Tour du Maroc was an amateur event.  Starting in 2006, it became a professional race and is currently a 2.2 event on the UCI Africa Tour.
