Tour de Suisse Leader’s Jersey

The Tour de Suisse, first held in 1933, is a stage race held annually in mid June. The race generally includes several big mountain stages along with an individual time trial.  Winners of this race have included cycling greats such as Hugo Koblet, Gino Bartali, Eddy Merckx.

The legendary Molteni  Italian cycling team raced from 1958 until the end of 1976 and listed among it’s many successful riders: Rudi Altig, Peter Post, Michele Dancelli, Gianni Motta, Eddy Merckx, Herman Van Springel, Roger Swerts and Joseph Bruyere.

This jersey features two front pockets, chain stitching and a fabric Molteni placard that has been sewn on by hand.
