Belgian cyclist Rudy Pévenage rode as a professional from 1976 to 1988 and managed professional cycling teams from 1989 – 2009.  At the 1980 Tour de France Pévange held the yellow leader’s jersey for nine days along with winning Stage 2, holding the green jersey for 10 days and ultimately winning the Points Classification.
