In this photo, we see one of the quiet moments between the battles on the road for the pink leader’s jersey of the Giro. A laundry woman hangs the freshly washed wool jerseys and shorts of the Nilux team up to dry in the sun after Stage 11 into Bolzano. The photographer beautifully captured the symmetry and shadows of this scene.
