Gastone Nencini Postal Card

Nencini was an excellent all-around rider but was especially strong in the mountains and on the descents. He won the Tour de France in 1960 and the Giro d’Italia in 1957.  Fellow rider Raphael Geninani once said, “The only reason to follow Nencini downhill would be if you had a death wish.”
