Eloi Meulenberg, 1937 World Champion

Eloi Meulengerg raced as a professional from 1934 to 1950.  During his long and successful career, he won the Road World Championship in 1937, Liege-Bastonge-Leige, Paris-Bruxelles, and eight Tour de France Stages just to name a few.
