Dag Erik Pederson, 1983 Souvenir Plate

Dag Erik Pederson raced as a professional on the road from 1982 to 1991.  He was part of the Bianchi-Piaggio team in both 1982 and 1983. During his career, he won a total of 43 professional races, including three Giro d’Italia stages.  Pederson was the Norwegian National Road Race Champion in 1992. After retiring from racing, he went to work with the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, where he is still an anchor.
