This medal has wonderful details of a rider cheerfully waving his hat with a beautifully depicted city scene behind.  Be sure the zoom in to see the building’s windows and the tiny people shown in the streetscape.

The other side is bordered with a wonderfully detailed wreath hand engraved with ‘II. Preis.”
