2001 World Championships -Lisbon- Collectible Pin

The 2001 Road World Championships were held in Lisbon, Portugal, from October 9-14th.

In the Men’s Road Race, Oscar Freire took first, with Paolo Bettini & Andrej Hauptman finishing second and third. In the Time Trial Jan Ulrich won the Gold Medal with David Millar and Santiago Botero taking Silver and Bronze.

The Women’s Road Race was won by Rasa Polikeviclute of Lithuania and the Time Trial by Jeannie Longo-Ciprelli of France.
