1997 Marco Artunghi Race Worn Jersey – 1997 Tour de France


Italian Marco Artunghi was a professional road racer from 1992 to 2000.  And rode with the Mercatone Uno team for 4 seasons, 1997 – 2000. We obtained this jersey directly from Marco Artunghi at the 1997 Tour de France.

The Mercatone Uno team was founded in 1992 and largely built around Italian rider Marco Pantini.  The team had a successful 1997 season with Panini finishing 3rd overall at the Tour de France along with winning both stages 13 & 15 in the mountains.
