Includes original team plaque that was affixed to jersey. Swedish rider,  Alf Segersall, rode professionally from 1978 until 1986.  Segersall won the Giro di Puglia in 1982.  The Giro di Puglia was a three to four day stage race held in the Apulia region of Italy from 1972 – 1998.
