Herve Garel (FRA) was the winner of the 1992 Tour de l’Avenir. 1992 was the year the Tour de l’Avenir changed from being open to all professionals to a 25 and under race.
The Tour de l’Avenir, or the Tour of the Future, is a stage race taking place in the fall.
Participants medals are awarded to all members of each Tour de l’Avenir team.
