We promise 100% satisfaction on all our products.  Exchanges or refunds gladly given. Sorry, we cannot refund delivery charges.

Back Orders

All items not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become availale. Credit card orders will not be charged until the back ordered items have been shipped, allow a maximum period of 30 days. We will notify you of back ordered items.

Shipping and Handling
 
Presently we only ship to the United States and Canada.  But if we receive numerous request from other countries we will consider the possibility of beginning shipment.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. or within 72 hours for in stock items.  Orders usually take up to 2 weeks.  Some product is handmade once order is received.

International shipping
Presently, we are researching the possibility of shipping to other countries,  but we like to know if there is an interest.  So please sign our guestbook or email us and notify us if you live in another country and are interested in purchasing our product.  That will surely help us in our consideration of that particular country.  Thank you for the interest received thus far.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
