Original Vintage PhotographsWhere to begin? When we first started to acquire photographs, it was for the sole purpose of documenting the race worn jerseys in our collection. Prior to the advent of modern sublimation, jerseys had a level of handwork that enabled one to exactly match a physical jersey with specific photo. A great way to fortify provenance. Well, our leisurely pursuit of photographs took on a life form of its own. Now with more than 350,000 original vintage photographs from the late 1800s to the mid-1970s in our collection, its time to start culling.All photographs are original vintage prints.
